Scotland to Northern Ireland | Small 1 Bedroom Flat Move

Moving from Dundee, Scotland to Belfast, Northern Ireland felt like a daunting task, but Liam and his team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the initial quote to the final delivery, communication was excellent. Liam was always responsive and very friendly, answered all my questions promptly and kept me updated every step of the way. The team handled all our belongings with great care, including fragile items, a 43" TV and an electric bike. Everything arrived safely and in perfect condition. I really appreciated their flexibility in accommodating changes to our collection date and their willingness to find a more cost-effective solution without compromising on the quality of service. Despite the long journey, including the ferry crossing, everything was delivered exactly as promised and on time. What impressed me most was the peace of mind they gave us throughout the move. Arriving in a new place is exciting but also overwhelming and seeing all our belongings arrive safely felt like getting our home back. I would highly recommend Liam and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and reasonably priced long-distance removals service. Cardiff to Dundee | Student Moved | Shared Transport

What-Where-When Transport were absolutely fantastic with my move from Cardiff to Dundee. He wrapped up delicate belongings like my mirror and guitar, and everything was loaded/unloaded so quickly. He is efficient and very helpful - no nonsense too. His communication is perfect and it’s clear he cares a lot. I would highly recommend his moving services to anyone!

Local Move | 2-Bedroom Flat

What Whete When Transport provided a great service, turned up on time, prepped everything for safe and wetproof transport, was sunny initially but the rain came later so the preparation was essential and I'd not really considered that aspect of the move. Upon arrival at new property they quickly unloaded the van and reassembled all my furniture within the agreed timescale. Great service and the guys were helpful and friendly, even took shoes off before entering the flat to protect the carpets. Thanks again 👍 Cheers, Mark

London to Dundee | 1-Bed Furnished Apartment

The owner of the company does the removal with a great, locally hired assistant. Their work ethic is second to none, nothing is too much trouble, I can't praise this company highly enough. If ever I need to move again What-Where-When would be my first port of call.

Perth to Doncaster | 2 Bedroom House Move

This has been an experience like no other. Liam and his team were very professional, tidy and careful with our property. The concerns we had about this long distance move - we should never have had. The collection was done the day before and stored over night - then delivered at the destination the next morning. Not a single thing was broken or out of place. If you are on the fence regarding this service, please don’t be as there is no better anywhere, at any price point.
