Depending on the job, belongings may be stored locally in container storage or through one of our trusted warehousing partners. We'll confirm the arrangement as part of your quotation.

Insurance
Cover while in storage
Stored belongings are covered up to £3,000 as standard. If the value of your consignment is higher, tell us when requesting your quote so we can arrange the appropriate level of cover before the storage period begins.

What to expect
Managed on your behalf
Storage is managed on your behalf rather than operated as customer-access self-storage, so belongings aren't available for casual drop-in access while stored. If there's something you think you may need during the storage period, let us know when we're planning the job.
Flexible storage terms
We'll agree an initial storage period with you, but plans change. If you need to extend the storage period, we can normally adjust the arrangement and agree the next step with you.
How your quote is prepared
Your quote is based on factors including the volume being stored, the storage duration, collection and redelivery requirements, distance, handling requirements and, where relevant, the value and level of cover needed.
