What-Where-When Transport provides local and national relocation and transport services throughout Scotland and the wider UK. We move personal belongings — from single items and home removals to business transport, storage and scheduled deliveries — with care, proper equipment and proper insurance.
Every job is reviewed properly. We don't promise an automatic instant price; instead we look at the full picture and come back with a clear, confirmed quotation.

Our story
Built around people, not just jobs
What Where When Transport was founded in 2002, built on a background in courier and delivery work and a genuine love of driving, planning and helping people get things from one place to another.
Over the years, that has grown into something bigger than transport alone. Moving home, collecting something important, putting belongings into storage or sending something across the country is often part of a much bigger story. We like being a small, helpful part of that story.
That's what “Moving made human” means to us: leading with kindness, understanding what's actually needed, and genuinely trying to help rather than treating every enquiry like another job number.
We're still founder-led today, which means the principles the business started with — care, planning, clear communication and being genuinely helpful — still shape how we approach every enquiry.

We've built an experienced and trusted team of removers, movers and van operators both locally and across the UK. That gives us more flexibility when we're planning longer-distance moves.
Instead of automatically making extra crew travel the entire journey when they may only be needed for loading or unloading, we can often plan the right support at each end of the move.
That means we can build the job around what actually needs done — helping avoid unnecessary labour and travel time while still making sure the right people are there when they're needed.
